great stay , minor hiccup
heated floor large table easy access
the bathroom floor was heated , it felt good. the room had a large table and a sofa. large windows let in plenty of light. west end u-bahn station was very easy to access.

the breakfast offered a quiet setting. the number of guests during breakfast seemed limited to around 7 or 8 people. this made it easier to prepare for a busy workday.
